More than tabs. A calmer way to browse.
Arc is ending.Your spaces don't have to.
Cra is an independent, open-source browser built around the sidebar you know. Import from Arc and keep your spaces, pinned tabs, favorites and archive.
Imported from Arc
Everything is in place.

Give every project its own space
Work, side project, weekend plans. Each space has its own favorites, its own pinned tabs, its own Today list and its own colour. Switch with β1 to β9 or glide across the dock at the bottom of the sidebar.

Built for how you actually browse
Pinned tabs remember where they started. Wander off following links, then reset back home with one click.
Links from other apps open in a small window that stays out of your sidebar. Read and close it, or press βO to keep it in a space.
Put up to four tabs side by side in one window. Drag the gaps to resize, flip to a vertical stack, and find the split waiting in your sidebar tomorrow.
Each space keeps its own top sites in a grid at the top. Below them, nest tabs into folders, move whole folders between spaces, and archive the lot in one go.
Leave a tab while a video plays and it pops out into a small floating window. Come back and it slides home.
Chrome extensions run as they do in Chrome. Install from the Chrome Web Store or bring yours over on import, then pin the ones you use from the Site Control Center.
Move in from Arc, Dia, Chrome, Brave, Edge, Helium, Firefox, Safari and more. Your spaces, tabs, favorites, passwords and sign-ins come along, so you start where you left off.
Import now to get connected
Import once and stay in your flow. Your spaces, tabs, folders and extensions come with you.

Choose where links from other apps land. Send Google Meet to your work space and everything else to a Little Window. Your Arc routes come along when you import.
Pick Segments, Midnight or Mono for your Dock, or drop in any image you like. Cra sizes it to sit with your other icons.
Yours alone on your Mac
Yours alone
on your Mac
Cra has no account and no server. Your spaces, tabs and archive are plain JSON files in Application Support that you can read, back up or delete, and the command bar's suggestions are computed on your Mac.
A built-in blocker cancels requests to more than 22,000 known ad and tracker domains, unless they belong to the site you are on. No ads, no analytics, nothing sold.
Support Cra
Free for everyone, paid for by the people who use it
Cra has no investors, no ads and no data to sell, so the only thing keeping it going is the people who use it. Arc ended because the company behind it moved on. Cra is open source so that canβt happen to your browser again.
Sponsoring pays for the Chromium updates, the Apple signing that lets Cra open like any other app, and the time it takes to keep up with a browser engine. Every feature stays free, whether you sponsor or not.
